Bear Fairies

We have been working on a theme.
We are focus on bear fairies this summer.

Why choose bear fairies??
I always have loved the fairies and I believe in them... I thought.. what a nice way to combine fairies and bears.

I have not finish the project.. it is still ongoing..

The wings are very basic for 3inch bears...
We are still exploring how to make wings for 4inch - 5inch bears.... especially the fabric to cover the wires.

Any comments and ideas are gratefully accept.. please do let me know...

We had fun on the day..
Bears have been well behaved... not too noisy and sat still for everyone to look.

Everyone seems to like our bears....

Roll on next craft fair.. We would love to try Bear fair but they seems to be far away or full up!!!

Derby Craft Fair 22nd May 2011

We will be having a stall at one of the Derby Craft Fair's event.

Tom the bunny will be there, looking after Brambley's Patch items..










There will be some refreshments to buy.. cakes, chocolates and tea/coffee. A great place to come and meet your friends.

It'll be at Rycote Centre, Parker st, Derby 11am - 4.30pm

Purple bear...

Here's the bear I made for a lady to give a baby a christening gift..
She's made of deep purple velvet.
